As a native of Garden City, Mike Regan has been serving the real estate needs of his clients in Finney County and across southwest Kansas for more than 30 years. Mike founded Regan & Co. Real Estate in Garden City in 1980, with a mission to treat all clients with honesty and integrity. Local families and businesses have turned to Mike for his expertise in residential and commercial real estate with an understanding that the client's needs are his #1 priority.

In recent years the scope of Mike's work has expanded to include farm and ranch, commercial, land and auctions. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Kansas Association of REALTORS®, and the Garden City Board of REALTORS®. He is also a member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI), serves on the board of directors for the Kansas Chapter of RLI, and is nearing completion of his Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) professional designation.

For the last 10 years Mike has been involved in revitalizing downtown Garden City with membership in the Downtown Vision organization (formerly a Kansas Main Street City) as well as remodeling his current office building (formerly the Baird Hotel built in 1929).

In his personal life, he is a graduate of Holy Cross Abbey in Canon City, Colorado and Regis University in Denver. Mike is a dedicated cyclist, having completed "Biking Across Kansas" 11 times and counting.  Additionally, he enjoys researching his Irish ancestry and traveling to historic places locally and across the country.  But most of all, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Chris, their three grown children, and six (soon to be seven!) grandchildren.

With more than 30 years of experience, Mike has encountered almost every situation and has the wisdom to know the approach that is in the best interest of his clients. His patience to listen and understand his clients is very beneficial.
